I will provide a detailed interior design plan which any competent general contractor can start to work with.

The interior design plan will contain all the necessary information so that the contractor can calculate the costs of the project and schedule the finance of the construction

• Furnishing plans: Multiple drawings to illustrate how your rooms could be furnished using different layouts, themes, styles, colours, materials, complete with mood boards.

• Scaled layout plans showing sample materials

• Lighting and electric plans: lamp fittings and electrical outlets with price-lists

• Design of suspended ceilings and other decorative and functional plasterboard structures

• Engineering plan: Detailed heating and plumbing networks plan. A detailed list of bathroom suites, sinks, taps etc. to include prices

• Bespoke furniture with scaled plans and material designs which a carpenter/furniture maker/upholsterer can work from. We have specialist furniture makers in our team

• Recommendations for doors and windows, soft furnishings, wallpaper, furniture and other accessories with source and price-lists

• Constant contact with the contractor throughout the entire process from beginning to end until the last shelf, picture and curtain is installed

 

The price of the package listed above is usually in the region of  700,000 HUF for a 50sqm  apartment to 1,300,000 HUF for a 100sqm apartment. In the case of a family home, the price may vary as the design extends

I prefer to undertake the complete design package using my own construction team. We have 20 years of experience which provides a fluid process for the completion of the project

Naturally, you can use my services for any part of your project. Maybe you only require an electrical or design/style plan. In this case, I can prepare a bespoke quote

ONLINE DESIGN

Planning and execution-only with online / telephone contact

I recommend this version to the investors or to anyone who does not require personal contact

We can work online for all projects, large or small

I have completed 90% of my projects online during the last 5 years so your plans can be easily implemented without meeting 

​

The implementation is perfectly fluid as I keep in constant online contact with my team throughout the project. 80% of the photos in the gallery are of projects which have been completed this way. 

Beforehand the contractor will personally survey the location and task to be completed
